The nutrition we intake defines the body and the quality of health we have. In other words, to have healthy and fit body we need
to have proper nutritious diet. There are many people who do not take their food habits seriously hence suffer from various diseases. But there are various simple methods to nourish our body quickly and easily. In today’s scenario it has become so tough to earn bread and better for oneself that everybody is busy working. There is no time left for one to indulge in physical activities or to incorporate healthy meals in one’s life to make it nutritious. Some people feel that it’s useless and sheer wastage of time and involves lots of efforts to make more nutritious choices in meals everyday.
Simple steps to nourish our body with ease and comfort:-
1. Choices regarding selection of nutrition should be made with lots of care, keeping in mind pros and cons of it. It is a well known saying that your body is the reflection of what you eat.
2. While making choices regarding meals nutritional value of the food should be given preference in front of taste and smell of the food.
3. You should include food of all the varieties and color which not only contains carbohydrates but also proteins, vitamins, calcium etc. For this purpose you should include pulses, lots of green vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet.
4. You should be very conscious about intake of fats in your body; you might consume saturated fats that too in a very limited quantity but avoid Tran’s fats as they adversely affect the functioning of the heart.
5. Very important tip to be taken care of is to drink lots of water. You should drink at least 2 liters of water in a day.
Water replenishes many vital minerals that decrease in our body especially in summer. It also gives you healthy and stubble skin.
6. And the last thing that one should keep in mind is that nutritious body demands for various multivitamins. But generally it’s almost impossible to get all the vitamins through diet in appropriate proportion. Hence, various multivitamins tablets have been made for this purpose.
–You just have to pop in one tablet a day of multivitamin to stay energetic and nutritious. This practice would improve your health and improve your immunity.
