The Angel Hairs Pasta with the Chicken and the Vegetables that Makes the Great Busy Week of the Dinner
For the busy working parents, the single moms, the sports families, and etc. the following recipe will help them to have their
dinner ready within 30 minutes of the time. There is no needs for the fast foods when they can make the healthy and nutritious meal for their family within no more time and it would not take the people to go to the fast foods drive-through the windows, get back home & sets the food on the dinner table.
Make the promise to them to feed their family more the healthy food & then add the following recipe for the Angel Hair Pastas with the Chickens & the Vegetables into their meals planning the files. These meals are not only the healthy and the delicious one but at the same time they are inexpensive too. Add the garlic bread & the salad. They will have the greater meal that their family will be no doubly request for the other one.
ANGEL HAIRS PASTA WITH THE CHICKEN AND THE VEGETABLES
- 2 table spoons of olive oil, divided into 2 parts
- 2 boneless and skinless chicken halves breast and then cut into the cube shapes
- 2 carrots and cut into about 1-inch piece
- A 1kg of the frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cloves and garlic, crushed
- 12 oz of angel hair pastas
- 2/3 of the cup of the chicken soup
- 1 table spoon of the dried basils
- 1/4 cup of the grated cheese
- Yield will be about: 4 servings.
– > Heat the 1 tablespoon of the oil in the medium skillet over the medium heating. Add the chickens to hot skillet. Cook and stir, until chickens are cooked throughout. It may take around 5 minutes. Then remove the skillet & drain on the paper towels. Then heat the oil which is remaining in same skillet. Now put water into the heat for cooking the pastas according to the package direction. Then add carrots to skillet & cook and stir the dish for around 4 minutes. Add broccoli & garlic into carrot skillet & cook and stir for the couple of more minutes.
– > Cook the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, at the same time add chicken basil, broth and Parmesan cheese into skillet mixtures. Stir for combining all the ingredients. Return to the chicken to skillet.
