One should always wash his hands properly with an antibacterial soap after doing any type of physical labor or even after counting money. In fact cold viruses are mainly found on the paper used in money as the surfaces of paper are quite contagious. If one catches cold then be sure that he drinks lots of liquid in excess or at times when you are sitting in a background with full of people infected.
Recent researches convey that with the drinking of excess amount of water all the functions of our body become stabilized thereby increasing the immune system strength. Do try to eat lots of fruits with excess amount of juice intake as well. Normally juices which contain high amount of vitamin c are considered useful. Vitamin C is found in excess in citrus fruits such as grapes and oranges which help gain the immunity of our body.
Researches also claim that if proper diet of vitamin c is taken before getting infected, then the immune system gets boosted up sufficiently to fight against the virus causing infection. If someone wants to increase up his immunity then he can also try for products which include magnesium and zinc.
There are also some Synergy Blends available which are combination of essentials oils containing anti viral and anti bacterial oils. These oils do possess tremendous capacity to heal these viruses. These posses an excellent track record of being effective against bacteria which are airborne. Some examples illustrate the effectiveness of tea and lavender oil against MRSA (methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus).at times one can use a suppressant against cough which eradicates out all the inflammations and is present in the nasal mucous membranes.
