This can very well be seen from the statistics as these days consumption of junk food has decreased. People are going for home-cooked food and low-calorie diet. <strong>One category of light and healthy foods is sea foods. These include salmon, sardines, tuna, etc</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Sea foods are staple food in the coastal areas</strong>. They are good for the body as is verified by the studies that the people in those regions tend to live longer and healthier. These contain high levels of proteins, amino acids, low saturated fats and essential oils like omega3. <strong>These keep the body weight in control as they are low in fats</strong>. High amount of proteins maintain the growth of the body. They add to the immunity of the body and prevents from various diseases.
