Various Disorders in Mental Health Problems

Hundreds of disorders can happen to any person suffering from mental health problems. These disorders can happen anytime mental disordersregardless of one’s gender, age, status or background. Anxiety and depression are most common disorders that are found in various people. Most of the people experience anxiety at different times such as taking an interview, going for a driving test.

Anxiety is common in normal life, but it anxiety disrupts our daily lives, and then it may be possible that one is suffering from mental health problem related to anxiety. Most of the people feel depression at difficult times, but if this depression results in disorder in our daily life, then it may be possible that one is suffering from mental health problem related to depression.

Some of the common disorders that can happen to a person suffering from mental health problem are: -

Phobias: - It is one of the major mental health disorder commonly found in people of North America. This is a mental health problem related to anxiety. This may include extreme fear for a particular situation or an object, creature, place or a person.

There are hundreds of phobias known; some of the common are fear of spiders, flying, water, heights or public places. A patient suffering from phobias may try to remain away from places of their fear. For example if a person has fear from heights he will avoid going to high in a building, or on a roof of a tall building.

Attacks of panic: - It is a terrifying experience, if someone has panic attacks. These panic attacks can occur without symptoms. People also suffer from fear side by side. Some of the examples of panic attacks are difficulty in breathing, palpitations, trembling, dizziness, nausea, sweating and a feeling of death.

Disorder in obsessive compulsive: - It is a mental disorder related to anxiety. If a person suffers from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) he may show up symptoms such as thinking more about a particular thing, checking and rechecking a particular thing.

Depression: - Depression in human brain may lead to a serious health problem such as dementia. Loss of memory, reasoning or thinking may lead to dementia. One can suffer from disorder related to depression if this depression stays for a longer period like a couple of weeks. Some of the symptoms of various disorders related to depression are sleep disturbances, changes in eating patterns, lethargy etc.
