Disown Tension To Live A Healthy Life

It is seen that even young children are consuming tranquilizers in the present situation. It is baffling to know that Disown tension to live a healthy lifeanti-depressants are more used than ever in today’s life. From students to professionals to old persons, every one is subjecting themselves to the mercy of such pills to get rid of the stress that has become characteristic of their lives. To understand why such a scenario has risen and what its implications are, one must look into the details of what is stress, what are its causes and solutions are. Another off-shoot of stress is tension, which too, has become a prevalent condition.

That condition where the human body faces inability in giving appropriate response to the external conditions such as physical or emotional stimulus, can be termed as stress. There are many types of stress. That type of stress which provides strength to the body immediately is called Eustress. When a person is pushed into situations which he or she cannot handle, the stress generated is termed as Hyper-stress. While eustress is positive, hyper-stress is a negative kind of stress. If there is constant change in the surroundings of a person, it can lead to a type of stress called as Distress.

Besides these, there is also Hypo-stress which is opposite in nature to hyper-stress. Hypo-stress causes extreme boredom in an individual. The correlation between stress and tension is that prolonged stress leads to development of tension. Tension develops anxiety in the mind and the mind becomes unable to judge situations. The mind is unable to understand the nature of circumstances around and the person becomes nervous. Such a person cannot reason out and loses control over situations. Not only do physical actions become un-coordinated, control over emotions is lost, too.  Tension is also the root cause high blood pressure which can lead to failure of the heart.

To manage stress, the easiest and simplest way is to exercise. When one exercises, the mind is freed of the blockages caused by constant thinking over. The physical tension from body parts is released and this greatly reduces the fatigue trapped in the mind. Another very important thing is to always strive to develop a positive attitude towards life. A positive outlook enables a person to face difficult situation with a calm and clear mind. It is essential that a positive outlook is inculcated in the personality, from the very beginning of life, that is, from early years of childhood.
