How to Get Tight Abs?
Who doesn’t wants a flat stomach with six pack tight abs, but none wants to go through the tough fitness routine and even
tougher diet plan. However, this little article is not about cheating the process and giving you some secret method to get tight abs, hard work doesn’t have any alternative, so lets do it the hard way.
First off, if you have too much fat on your stomach you will need to shed some. To do that, here’s some old hat weight loss tips. The basics are simple, control your diet and do aerobics exercises. Once you have shed the extra weight, its time to start the basic exercises to get a flat and tight stomach.
The famous sit up – before doing any such exercises always do a 5+ minutes warm up aerobics exercises, like hopping, stretching, skipping, running, jogging etc. Once you are ready, lie down on your back, face facing the roof, put your knees up and your feet on the floor. Then slowly sit up, your head should meet your knees and you should do this by contracting your stomach, sit up and lie down, it is very simple, just do it a few times and then relax. If you are unable to do this then put your hands behind your head and then try to pull, that way it becomes easy. If you still can’t you probably need to lose more weight from your stomach. Once done, take a break and then again do it a few times. After several days when you are habituated, you will be able to do it 50+ times in one go.
Later, try to put your feet on a higher altitude when you are a pro at sit ups, that will put more pressure on your stomach and your abs will start to show up. Remember, its not only about coming up but also going down is equally important.
At this point, you will have to take your diet to the next level, because every little fat that you take goes straight to your stomach and waste your abs grips. Stop eating fast food, try avoiding oily foods and don’t eat too much.
The other exercises that you should be doing is skipping, hopping and other aerobic exercises. This will keep your extra weight away. Keep the sit ups in your regular routine, make it 40 to 50 times at a stretch to 3 to 5 times a day.
Maintain your abs – once you have it, you will surely feel good, but it’s easy to give it away. So don’t relax and keep the exercise routine going. Remember, its easy to lose the abs and let the fat accumulate there, but its very hard to get the tight abs back, you know how hard you worked out to get it tight in the first place.
