Hygiene and Cleanliness Is Very Important In Order To Prevent Blackheads

According to scientific terminology blackheads are known as open comedos. Most of the people know only a single method to get rid of these blackheads that is by squeezing the nose and getting rid of those ugly blackheads. It appears to be a very easy and infact the only way to get rid of blackheads. Howsoever in order to follow this method one should make sure that is done with ease and delicacy and not harming one’s skin at all. But the best solution to any problem is to get it rid form the roots and finish the problem once and for all.

Let us now study the Blackheads problems and tips to remove them:

1. In order to remove the blackheads in a very effective manner firstly one should understand their nature. Sebum secreted by the sebaceous glands collects on the skin pores. Apart from the oil other toxins are also released and the oil along with these toxins blocks the pores of the skin and thus hardens that particular area. Oxidation takes place at that particular region giving it a black color. It must be kept in mind that if blackheads are not removed it may give rise pimples further worsening the situation.

2. One must maintain the cleanliness in order to prevent blackheads. One must use a cleanser and even an exfoliating agent on a regular basis in order to get rid of the dead skin and thus preventing sebum collection into the pores.

3. If one is already suffering from the problem of blackheads one must give this remedy mentioned below a try. One must mix four tablespoons of water and baking soda. After properly mixing both of them one must gently massage with them onto the skin thus helping in removal of the blackheads. After that the face must be washed with Luke warm water. Warm water helps in opening the pores thus help in easy removal of the blackheads.

Add a tablespoon of the Epsom salt in warm water & add about 3 drops of iodine. Cool the mixture and then put it on the blackheads with cotton. After a few minutes one should squeeze out the blackheads.

Blackheads, in my opinion can be a challenging problem to solve. It just keeps coming back. Sometimes, it comes back bigger than before.

Best thing is to keep face clean and free from oil. I don’t use oil-based cosmetic as these products clogged up pores easily.

I use the BLACKhead Masque and it has cured my blackheads. I am happy that i have found the miracle for my blackhead problem.

Why am I so facinated with squeezing and watching the black head come out of the skin? I can be almost obsessive with this, not just on me but on any one. Even if I see a stranger with a black head I want to squeeze it and i actually have to fight the overwhelming urges of wanting to sqeeze it and watch it come out of the skin. I even keep thinking about it. I don’t like pimples just black heads!!
