What Exactly Is the Cause of Hypertension?

High blood pressure or hypertension is a problem that is often known as the “silent hypertensionassassin” and with good reason too. Despite the fact being the main cause of the death among at least 250,000 people per year in the entire world, it has very few symptoms attached with it, the only method to identify its presence is to visit your doctor.

So, now that we can make out how severe the problem is, we may ask ourselves, what exactly is the cause of high blood pressure or hypertension? The factors which are concerned with this issue can be separated into two different groups: firstly are those things you can’t manage on your own, and the other is that you can change the standard of your living to manage this problem. Now let us take a glance at the various things that you can’t manage and which may cause hypertension.
There are a number of factors that we basically can’t manage; two among them are race and age. As we get older, we are more expected to have the problem of high blood pressure or hypertension. But on the other hand we just can’t manage our ancestry or our age. Away from these two things, the basic old heredity can be one of the major factors that can cause hypertension or high blood pressure. A few people don’t have the genes that are required for having a controlled blood pressure, and regardless of whatever they do to cure this problem they’re still going to have the problems of hypertension. So for a number of people, recommended tablets are going to be a basic requirement for leading a comfortable life.

On the other hand, it is often seen that there are quite a few choices about the standard of your living that can help you to stay away from the recommended drugs. The first and the foremost thing to keep in your mind is that smoking is one of the major causes of hypertension or high blood pressure. If you’re trying hard to quit from smoking, as you are concerned about having lung cancer, you may also think about smoking, as it also causes some brutal problems in your blood vessels that will definitely lead to severe heart attacks and dangerous strokes. After that, being overweight is another thing that may cause hypertension, so one should always try to be physically fit.
