Want To Increase Height? Try Swimming
One of the best spine stretching exercises known till now is swimming. It is also believed that swimming also helps in
increasing height, but this is not scientifically proved as yet. But some people do believe that swimming does have a positive impact on the height of an individual.
The following arguments give a bright light to the same hypothesis:
1. It is considered the best exercise for cardiovascular system enhancement. Thus when the circulation in the body is perfect, all the parts of the body get the required amount of energy and thus grow at an equal and a faster rate. This may also be the case with the height improvement factor related to swimming.
2. It helps in improving breathing capability of an individual. As one stays inside the water for a long period of time while swimming, the capacity of an individual to hold his/ her breath for a long time increases. This enhances the activity of the lungs and thus ensures a better breathing capability in the individual.
3. Swimming helps in broadening the chest and the shoulders. This is because a major part of the chest muscles is involved in carrying out nay strokes while swimming. Thus the muscles of the chest and the arms get strengthened and thus this leads to the broadening of the shoulders and the arms.
4. It helps in stretching the spine and almost all the muscle groups of the body. While trying the various strokes of swimming, one uses all the muscles of his/her hands, legs and precisely all the muscles of his/her body.
5. Out of all the different swimming strokes, the breaststroke is considered to be the best for stretching the spine and moreover the entire body. And thus this stroke is considered to be the best for even increasing the height.
# Breast stroke is done by moving the legs backwards and by stretching the arms in the front. And this helps in extending the length of the body as it stretches the spine and other muscles too.
