Increases your Brain Power by eating Foods
There are various foods and other products are available in market that can improve your brain power and brain functioning. These foods also increase memory, focus and IQ. So these foods are also known as brain foods. A diet having more omega-3 fatty acids can help you a lot. Omega-3 fatty acids keep blood vessels clear and working and increases stimulation of nerve system. Sugar, proteins, vitamins and minerals should be present in brain food. Minerals increases mental functioning, proteins increases mental performance and sugar improve thinking level.
Some of foods and drinks directly affect brain like alcohol, smoking and some other drugs causes many brain problems. Foods having artery clogging can stop blood flow to brain and high glycemic food can cause sugar problems.
Some other bad brain food products are colas, artificial sweaters, corn syrups, nicotine, white bread, frostings etc. Therefore, it becomes very important to finds write food.
Good brain foods contain carbohydrates in large amounts. Carbohydrates are very long structures and they need a long time to digest. So these act like a steady source of energy too. Fruits, cereals, vegetables, grains and dairy products are good brain foods. There are many foods you love to eat also work as brain food. Blueberries can reduce the risk of Alzheimer and dementia diseases. Cold water fish contains omega-3 fatty acids.
Seeds and nuts contain vitamin E, which helps in reducing cognitive functions. Tea contains antioxidants in large amount. This increases blood flow in our body which increases stimulation power. It also increases immune system of body. Dark chocolates help in improving your concentration power and helps in elevating your mood. Avocados help in keeping your blood pressure lower. Glucose and sugar rich foods help in increasing memory, thinking power and learning capacity.
There are several herbal brain food products are also available in markets. Firstly there was less suppliers and people were having various misconceptions about these products. But as the market is growing no of suppliers are increasing and brain food quality is also increasing. So now all types of herbal food products are available to satisfy people needs. Several universities and scientists had done researches on this, and they find many of food products actually work.
