All about Mental Health Problems

As our physical health changes from time to time, our mental health also changes from time to time. About Mental HealthThere are many health problems; one of them is problem of mental health. Almost quarter of the population of each country is this world is affected by mental health problem every year. The most widespread conditions of metal health are anxiety and depression.

Anxiety disorders leads to generation of mental health problems. There are many forms of anxiety disorders. Most of the persons experience free-flowing anxiety, but they don’t know that what exactly they are feeling. Most of the people suffer from intense sudden pain which happens without any symptoms.  The various forms of anxiety disorders may be unwanted obsessions, social inhibition or compulsions. Some people also have phobia of situations or activities that other people don’t bother.

Some of the common symptoms of disorders of anxiety are: -

1. Selective attention or impaired concentration.
2. Some people may feel restless.
3. Dread, apprehension and uneasiness.

One of the major conditions of mental health disorder is dementia. People suffering from dementia loss mental functions such as reasoning, memory or thinking. This loss of mental functions is enough severe for a normal person. Dementia cannot be considered as a disease, these are combination of some other diseases and symptoms. Some of the symptoms are change is behavior, mood and personality.

Some of the major causes of dementia are: -

1. Multiple strokes in brain cause multi infarct dementia which leads to vascular disorders.
2. Depression may also lead to dementia.
3. If you have infections in central nervous system like HIV, meningitis or Creutzfeldt-Jakob, then you may lead to dementia mental disorder.

Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is a fatal disease and is quickly progressing in people suffering from dementia.
There are many causes of mental health problems. Nobody knows the exact reason for mental health problems but it has been clear from researches that most of them may be caused by combination of psychological, environmental, and biological factors.

Major symptoms of mental health illness may include: -

People may act unusual. This unusual behavior can be linked with a repentantly happened moment in the person’s life. These moments can be both negative and positive such as death of a very close relative or job promotion. These moments trigger the emotional reactions of human being. People may become rude, abusive or aggressive. These symptoms develop with change in emotional reactions of human mind.
