Natural Ways by Which We Can Take Care Of Our Eyes

Eyes are one of the vital organs of our body for all the sighted individuals. They have the main function of allowing and Caring your eyespermitting us to visualize the outer world. So we cannot have the luxury of spoiling and making our eyes unhealthy. Thus eyes care always acts as a preventive method in order to have a good and healthy eye sight. Secondly, kiwis and oranges are also rich in Vitamins E, A and C. they also perform the same operation as that performed by carrots.

Thirdly, leafy vegetable also act as an efficient eye care, these consist of lettuce, French beans, green peas and spinach. When these are consumed in high quantities they aid in enhancing our eye sight. Fourthly, poultry food such as eggs, chicken, fish, pepper, seeds and nuts also provide adequate nutrients for our eye health. The presence of surplus nutrients and minerals cancels out the harmful effects of free radicals and thus reduces the age related vision problems. Then we have homeopathic and herbal medicines which are prescribed by many eye specialists for the prevention of eye damage and thus constitute a section of our eye care plan.

The most important ways of improving the eye vision are having a diet which is deficient in fats (saturated) and enriched with omega-3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. These have proved to be a source of having a healthy eye care. Obesity leads to an enhancement in the possibilities of becoming diabetic and thus weakens the eye sight.
