Nutrition Filled diet – A Complete Diet
What is Nutrition?
Nutrition is the main content of food. It is essential for body cells, muscles and other body
parts. Many health problems occurs due to lack of nutrition’s in diet. We can elevate our health just by eating healthy diets that give us proper amount of nutrition. Here diet refers to what people eat in whole day. Dietitians are specialized people who recommend people a dieting chart that provide a well nutrition filled diet to them. They are trained in institutes to provide a safe and nutrition filled diet chart for individuals.
A food that contains less amount of nutrition than we need is bad food. Bad food can lead to various diseases and bad impact over health. Lack of nutrition can cause deficiency diseases like beriberi, scurvy and common chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and health risk conditions like metabolic syndrome, obesity etc.
Nutritious Diet:
Our diet composed of various materials like glucose, carbohydrates, water, fatty acids, amino acids and nucleic acids. These materials consist of various other elements like nitrogen, oxygen, calcium, zinc, iron, hydrogen, carbon, manganese, phosphorus etc. are some common.
In human body these elements occur in various forms and combinations like vitamins, phospholipids, hormones etc. When these enter in our body these are digested, ingested and absorbed and then put in blood of our body. This provides necessary energy and feeds cells of our body. These elements are broken in to molecules by digestive juices present in our body.
These elements are separated from other non necessary material. This non necessary martial is removed from body in feces. We separate a matrix of food that provides such elements and those are absorbed by blood stream.
Various studies are performed over nutrition to check their effect over body. In these studies higher amount of nutrition food are taken. Before experiments all nutrition’s with their amount are listed to check their effect over our body. In general all fresh foods and plant based food contains a good amount of nutrition. They provide a good amount of nutrition and calories which keep us healthy.
In various schools nutrition subject is taught. This enables students to read nutrition label written over any food product. It also helps them decide their daily food that contains sufficient amount of nutrition. People take extra classes to know about more nutrition diets to keep them and their family healthy. In nutrition classes mainly about food pyramids, vitamins, physicals exercise, malnutrition, calories and about food choices are taught. In many countries this subject is made compulsory to help their citizens to know about healthy diets that can keep them healthy.

I think with president obama talking about preventitive
medicines that people are really relooking at diets and
nutritions as part of that principle.
We may be reaching that point where americans start to live
healthier lives.
