Orthomolecular medicines: Effective for Mental Health Disorders

Many people these days are suffering from Mental Health disorders and there are not many effective medicines for the same as Teens problems: Mental Healthsuch available. Only 10 percent of the mental illness can be cured by medication. It’s very often that doctors check a mentally ill patient for deficiencies of nutrients like vitamins and minerals, and for other problems like food allergies, bowel problems etc. It has been found that curing these deficiencies is also an effective way of treating the mental health disorders.     Hi

    I haven’t recognized the medicine you are asking for. Its better you consult the physician or phycologist about the mental stress you are suffering. Don’t take medicines from your side and try to do Yoga daily to relief from the stress.
