concern about their health, particularly about their teeth. In order to keep your teeth healthy, you should know about the various teeth diseases and it cure. Getting familiar with the teeth disease will help you to fight against these diseases
The first in the list is periodontal disease. Subpar Oral hygiene is the main cause of periodontal disease. It is basically a gum infection and is usually around your teeth. If you are very careless about your teeth then you can get many diseases. Gingivitis is the initial phase of teeth disease, which if left untreated can lead to periodontitis.
It is advisable to go for early treatment, because if the conditioned become worsened then it can result in loosing your teeth. Once teeth are lost then it cannot be regained again. However according to some dentists in Canada, getting teeth back is not an impossible job but till now it has not been proved yet.
The simple treatment is to get rid of the tartar on your teeth or visit a dentist for deep cleaning. If your teeth are not treated by this method then it is advisable to go for a surgical surgery.
* Clean your teeth regularly before going to sleep.
* Give your teeth brushing and flossing to keep them clean and shiny.
* Obese people or the people who are overweight are more prone to teeth disease and particularly periodontal disease.
And if you have a habit of grinding your teeth then you are in serious trouble. By grinding your teeth you give a stress to your teeth which can lead to periodontal disease. If you have this habit it is recommended to go to dentist and ask for his advice. He will definitely be able to help you.
However if you’re a smoker or have a diabetes then you should take some extra measures to keep your teeth and Gums healthy. According to a Research it has been seen that the tobacco users are more prone to have a teeth disease. It can result in bleeding of gums and can also lead to more severe disease lie periodontal. Do brush your teeth twice a day and remember to brush it before you go to bed. Visit your dentist monthly. You can also go for deep cleaning or flossing.
