Don’t Smoke – The main reason for people to start smoking or to stop smoking is that smoking helps in weight gain or loss.
Though it is an addictive drug and is hazardous to health, and it has the smallest effect on weight and has a huge risk of lung cancer.
Eat a Variety of Foods – To stay protected from heart and cancer diseases, you should eat different fruits and vegetables which give the mixture of minerals and nutrients, eat an apple a day as it helps in the digestive system.
Relax for 20 minutes a day – This can help you give response to stress and reduce blood pressure. Gradually take in the air and chuck it out from the nose and breathe deeply into your stomach, this will help you control your emotions and charge you with positive energy.
Floss Your Teeth Every Day –It prevents the gum disease and protects the heart. Untreated gum diseases can lead to inflammatory results in the body, which can cause heart stroke and diseases.
Drink More Water – Our body is made up of 60-70 percent of fluid, so water has much significance in our lives. Fluid helps every system of the body to work properly, which includes all the metabolic processes. If you begin to dehydrate, the body’s capacity to accomplish the necessary activities will reduce and the capacity to exercise will also slow down.
Get Active – Aerobics helps in burning the calories and increase metabolism and keep it high for a number of hours after an exercise. No need for spending time on treadmills or bike to gather the fitness benefits. Working out with aerobics for 20 minutes, thrice a week will help in getting the total health fitness. Moving all through the day is also necessary; take the stairs in place of the elevators.
