What are the Symptoms of Presence of Toxins in Our Body?

A toxin is a poisonous substance, which is generally in the form of a protein, and mostly of a bacterial origin. A Toxins in our body is dangerousparent bacterium secretes toxins that help it in fighting against the host’s defense system. Toxins can be released by any organism, be it microorganisms or others. These toxins come preformed and it is not necessary for any bacterial multiplication in the host. Majorly many diseases are caused toxins.

Aflatoxin is a toxin which is produced by a mold species. Generally it is found in the area of potatoes, and thus is a concern for the suppliers. When stored in large numbers in storehouses, potatoes get vulnerable to this form of toxin.
Ricin is a toxin that is produced by the ‘castor bean’. It is perhaps the third most deadly toxin so far, and is also used as a weapon of war.

Whenever a treatment is given to cure a patient, these toxins reduce the efficacy of the recovery process. These toxins can come in our body via the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe.

Different symptoms that these toxins can bring about include:

1. Headaches and fatigue.
2. Bowel diseases and digestive tract disorders.
3. Reproductive problems and cardiovascular diseases.
4. Chronic infections and behavioral changes.
5. Mood disorders and obesity.

The way to get rid of these toxins and to ensure the best possible health is to detoxify them through the kidney, the liver, the lungs, the skin and the bowel movement. We can by no means completely eliminate the chances of ingesting toxins, as anything we eat contains at least small amounts of toxins. They do not always pose a threat for the body, but if they reach a level where they start interfering with the functioning of the parts of the body, they indeed possess danger.

That is if the levels of toxins in the body increases due to improper removal of these toxins from the body, they might impair the functioning of various organs. Most of the chronic health disorders are dye to toxins. They are carcinogenic and can also damage the DNA of the cells.

The best way to remove toxins is to allow proper detoxification of the body timely. This can be done by adding lot of fiber in your diet and by drinking enough amount of water and eating green vegetables.
