It is relatively easier to self massage than self hypnosis, which people practice in order to relieve stress.
Visualization – It is a practice of using your mind to reduce your stress levels. A common technique is to think of something that makes you happy, it can really help you in getting relaxed .Achieving mental piece is the key to deal with stress.
