Tips to stay fit and healthy
You easily can scale the importance of health by a popular maxim “Health is wealth”. People sometimes thing that why people
say so? Or why health is so important? Dear health is very important to enjoy life, since only fit and healthy people can enjoy the every bit of life. But for staying fit you will have to do lot of things; eat healthy, make habit of doing exercise and leave bad habit such smoking and drinking. And at the same time you will have to take care of sanitary to stay fit and healthy. Hygienic environment keeps you aloof of disease and helps to maintain health.
Your fitness plays significant role in your life. Staying fit helps you many ways such as it helps to minimize the chances of injury, helps to deal with stress and weariness and so on.
But there is a different between being fit and being healthy. Fit means keeping body into shape while healthy means maintain the body vigor. Therefore, if you want to look thinner, start using calories more than you take. But if you want to look healthier, just simply add more vegetable and fruits in your diet. And if you want to be with strong heart, do vigorous calisthenics for twenty minute, each day.

Who can forget the role of vegetables and fruits to maintain health! Fruits and vegetables play a significant part of a balanced diet. But can take over dose of even fruits and vegetables. For the daily requirement for minerals and vitamins, eat 5 to 10 servings in a day. But don’t just confine to vegetables and fruits. Seeds and nuts are also very important for a healthy body. Both seeds and nuts provide essential proteins to your body and help to lower the cholesterol level in your blood.
Health maintaining tips encompass your whole diet regime. Make sure you taking sufficient amount of proteins. Though red meat is paramount source to get proteins to develop muscles, yet you should once ask your doctor before taking it as sometime taking extra amount if red meat leads to overweight or obesity. Normally it has been seen that people eat more protein than they should have. Avoid overeating and take 3 to 4 ounces proteins to get a healthy body.
Now let’s know the importance of fitness.
Fitness is maintained by doing exercise that leaves great affects on your body.
First it helps to reduce stress: stress can ruin your health by creating disturbance in your sleep. Due to improper sleep people suffer in headache and insomnia. Thus it is necessary to keep aloof from stress to stay fit.
Take care of hygiene: you will have to take care of hygiene as bad hygiene leads to sickness. Here to keep yourself fit, take bather everyday or twice in day, if possible. There are lots of other things that you would have to care of. Such as dental hygiene and clothes hygiene.
