Many things ranging from our diet, our environment, our lifestyle can overwork the liver. When we eat processed food, we eat a
lot of chemicals along. Also at a drug store, we inhale lot of chemicals, and of course to add on we have the pollutants in the surrounding air. Thus your liver has to work more than usual, to filter these toxins out of your body, and thus protect you from their poisonous effects. But if your liver gets exhausted and overworked, these toxins start getting deposited in your body and can thus make you feel low and tired always. The only available option to ease this burden on your liver is by cleansing your body by the detoxification diet.
You can utilize your body’s natural systems by these ways:-
1. Dehydration can lead to constipation, thus it is important to stay hydrated.
2. Lack of fiber in your diet can also lead to constipation, so include lot of fibers in your diet.

11. After a rigorous workout, it is always suggested to take a shower in order to remove the toxins released out with sweat.
